How to buy a board
We know, you just want to get out on the water as soon as possible! So, to make this part as easy and efficient as possible, we’ve made an easy instruction on how to buy a board on


As Awake’s electric surfboards offer something for everyone, choosing your board is straightforward; do you want a leisure board, a competition/performance board, or a board that offers a little bit of both? Read up on each electric surfboard model and decide which one is the perfect fit for you. When you’ve found your board, choose the XR battery for 50% extra riding time, or the standard battery for a bit shorter riding but faster charging time. If you want that premium setup, we highly recommend adding an extra XR battery to your order, completing your Awake experience!



We offer a variety of payment solutions – invoice, credit card and split payments. You don’t need to worry about paying international invoices with additional transaction fees, we accept all credit cards. If you’d rather like to split up the payments, we offer a great solution together with SplitIt. Simply choose your preferred payment method at checkout.



As soon as your electric Awake board is finalized and ready for shipment, you will receive an order fulfillment notice. At this stage, it’s basically only a matter of making sure that the delivery address is correct. If you have any questions about the delivery at this stage, or if you would like to change the delivery address, simply send an email to, and write your order number in the subject line followed by your inquiry as below:

If we hear nothing from you for a couple of days after we’ve sent the fulfillment notice, we assume that the delivery address is correct, and we will proceed to ship the board. Depending on where you are located, the delivery time will be 5-10 business days. If the delivery address is at an exceptionally remote location, we will reach out to you directly in advance to provide you with further details regarding transit time.
